I am sorry that you didn’t find what you are looking for. The project is actually being rebranded easyCG because the people who find it most useful are Cairngorm developers who don’t like all the boilerplate code associated with that framework.
In truth if you read about how this framework came to be, you would find that it was in an effort to offer a simpler way to build cairngorm applications. And Cairngorm describes itself as a collection of design patterns. So your statement is not far off.
However there are classes in easyMVC that make your development job easier. As such I do consider it a framework if a small one, at best.
Perhaps you will be happier with something much heavier like PureMVC. I think it will meet your needs as a framework much better than this little collection of file
I am learing the FLex, and found your easyMVC.
Thanks.
The link is not working for me. Where can I get the files?
Sorry the file got lost in my upgrade to wordpress. its fixed now.
I was looking for some concrete examples on how to build a RIA with flex, handling authentication etc.
I’m very disappointed based on the Hype that this isn’t an MVC framework as such but a small collection of Patterns that could apply to any language

Good Luck, may all your coding dreams come true.
